Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Acetech Multilink product — including the Vital Flow mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our products. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Acetech Multilink Enterprise (“we”, “us”, “our”), a software company registered in Lagos, Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our products. By using Vital Flow, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's permission. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. Your Account

When you create an account you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately at hello@acetechmultilink.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We use OTP-based authentication — there are no passwords stored on our servers. You are responsible for access to the email address or phone number linked to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Vital Flow offers free and paid subscription tiers. The following terms apply to paid plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store account settings.
  • We do not process or store payment card details — all billing is handled by Apple or Google.
  • Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the App Store or Play Store through which you purchased.

Prices may change. We will give reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of our products.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with our products.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. User Content

Content you create within Vital Flow — goals, habits, journal entries, plans, and reflections — belongs to you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your personal data and will never use your content for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties outside the scope described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in our products — including the app design, code, branding, logos, trademarks, and written content — is owned by or licenced to Acetech Multilink Enterprise. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our products without our express written permission.

8. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your Vital Flow account at any time by visiting theacetech.org/delete-account or through the account settings in the app. Upon deletion:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated and you will no longer be able to log in.
  • Your personal data will be permanently purged from our systems within 30 days.
  • Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled — you must cancel through your App Store or Play Store settings to stop future charges.
  • Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to other users or our systems.

9. Disclaimers

Vital Flow is a personal productivity tool and is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not a medical, financial, or professional services provider. Nothing in the app constitutes professional advice of any kind. You use our products at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Acetech Multilink Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NGN 5,000 if you have not made any payments.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you via email or an in-app notice for material changes. Your continued use of our products after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our products and may delete your account.
